Abid Bana

Abid Bana, is currently working at ICON Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. in capacity of Training Manager (South), deployed at Microsoft Mobile Devices and Services. His focus areas are, training of field force and promoters to achieve more sales, and perform their jobs effectively and efficiently.

Abid is a certified Trainer from School of Leadership, and British Council.

With more than 8 years of experience in training; Abid has been associated with organizations like School of Leadership, Stimulus, Chase Up, Helium (deployed for P&G), and ICON Consultants (deployed for Microsoft).

His areas of expertise are retail sales, customer services, BTL activations, relationship management, team building, motivation, and project management.

During his tenure at Helium, Abid was deployed at P&G in capacity of Project Manager, where he was leading Gillette Activation projects and contributing in several other activations, retail, D2D, in-store activities, events, Mall activations, and street activities across 102 cities of Pakistan. All activities were highly focused on generating sales. On his own project of Gillette, Abid and his team achieved 156% of sales target.

Abid also conducted customized trainings for Chase up Store floor and front line managers focusing on retail sales, customer services, team building, productivity, time management, process optimization, and customer satisfaction.

Abid is currently pursuing his M. Phil in marketing with bi-majors in HR from Iqra University. He enjoys reading, travelling, and interacting with people.
